Due to events outside of the control of DCASL, we are forced to cancel the games on Dec 10. The schedule has been adjusted so that all the following matches are moved back one week.

Winter 2017/2018 Futsal Season Is Here!
The first game of the season is on Nov. 5, 2017. Game schedules will be released closer to the day.
Registration is $90 per player. Online registration is available on the tab above this year and all participants are encouraged to use it to sign up.
If you do not have a team, just check that box in the online registration form and we will work with the existing teams to find you a spot.
This year Futsal will once again be held at the NLC college gym. Games will start at 5 pm and go until 9 pm. Note that parking in the front is closed due to construction, so all parking will have to be on the north side of the gym..

Drop in Futsal Is Also Here!
On Oct 22 and Oct 29 we will be holding drop in futsal at the NLC gym from 5-9 pm. Drop in costs $5 per player. This is a great chance to sharpen up some skills, meet some other players and have fun.

The Captain’s Meeting on Thursday Oct. 12th at 7 pm will now be held at Fixx Urban Grill.
All team captain’s for the winter 2017/2018 futsal season are requested to attend this meeting. We will use this time to plan for how many teams will play this season as well as to ensure any new rules are communicated. Please plan to attend if you will be the captain of a team or send a designate if you are unable to make it.

Hello everyone! It’s that time of year again!!
Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) is coming up this September 20th, 7pm at the Sola’s Banquet room!!! Mark it on your calendars and be sure to come out!! This is the time to join the Board, as well as the opportunity to have your voice heard about the direction we would like to take with our League!!
**We would like to remind all players, there is a big change to the new bylaws with the change of the Societies Act this past November 2016. Our only current voting “members” are now strictly the Board of Directors for the League. However, ANY registered player, referee, or individual seeking to see our League grow, can submit in writing to the Board, their wish to be a member of the DCASL Society, so that they may have voting power. Our Tournament schedules for Friday and Saturday have been posted!! I would like to apologize for the delay – we had to re-confirm some of our Stats, and this new mother desperately needed a nap before double checking & posting online! Stats and schedule can be found to the right under the Quicklinks tab!
The DCASL Board, and myself, would like to briefly touch on some Tournament etiquette before we hit the fields next.
There will be ZERO tolerance for insults, slurs, or swearing to another Player, Captain, or Referee!! These will all be punished with a red card, which result in two game suspension – the one currently being played, and the next one scheduled. And yes, a player CAN be carded on the sidelines. If a non-playing spectator is being disrespectful in these manners, the Referee has the right to eject them from the fields.
Every team will be expected to provide a full team roster of fully registered players with name & jersey number to the Referee before the game starts. All jerseys must have a number, if there are limited jerseys, a taped on number will be allowed. Referees will provide the rosters at the beginning of each game.
There will be no Female Acquisitions allowed during the tournament.
Every game must have a winner, so there will be shootouts in the event of a tie. Each team must have at least one female shooter for the shootout.
There is zero smoking or drinking allowed on the fields. Please save that for our Year End Party at Boston Pizza!
